Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions for In-Person Parent Peer Support Coaching Services 1. Introduction These terms and conditions apply to the coaching services provided by Parenting with a Twist LLC for a session fee of $80. Participation in our sessions indicates acceptance of these terms. 2. Services Offered We offer in-person coaching focused on parenting strategies and personal development, tailored to client needs. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is scheduled at a mutually convenient time and location in Orlando, FL, Lake County, FL, Osceola County, FL, and Seminole County, FL. 3. Payment Terms The session fee of $80 must be paid before the start of the session. We accept credit cards, Cash App, PayPal, Cash APP and bank transfers. Any sessions not paid for in advance may be canceled. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited without a refund. 5. Refund Policy Session fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. If you wish to discontinue services, notify us at least 24 hours before your next session. 6. Confidentiality All personal information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, excluding situations where disclosure is required by law. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients should actively participate and complete any assignments provided. Engagement and success depend largely on the client's dedication. 8. Termination Both parties may terminate this agreement with written notice. Any outstanding fees are due immediately upon termination. 9. Liability Parenting with a Twist LLC is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our services. Clients assume responsibility for their actions and decisions following coaching sessions. 10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Clients will receive notifications of any changes via email. 11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, and any legal issues will be resolved in Orlando, FL courts. 12.
